Today I have a very sweet little project for you - some wedding, baby shower or whatever favours. I need to credit Jenny McCormac, who is a fellow UK Stampin' Up! demo for the original idea as she made these little table favours for the demos on her table at a team training event a few months ago.
The sweets inside are a mini pack of Love Hearts, which got me thinking about how appropriate these would be for wedding table favours. I managed to buy a pack of 50 mini Love Hearts quite cheaply on Amazon. However, instead of being packaged in clear cellophane wrapping, mine were wrapped in bright pink foil which was almost a perfect match for one of our new InColors - Berry Burst. So I began to experiment with different papers and cardstock.
With a Team Retreat weekend coming up, I thought these would make perfect swaps for my fellow team members. So I made 43 of these in various combinations of cardstock and ribbon. Bundle of Love papers:

With the recent publication of the new Annual Catalogue, its time again for the Pootles Team Blog Hop. I'm so excited to bring you my project today as it combines my love of all things Stampin' Up! with my love of quilling. I have made a 3D picture using the Daisy Delight stamp set and coordinating punch.
The centres of my flowers are "fringed flowers" which is a quilling technique. I think they make the flowers look even more like gerberas! I'll be back very soon with a video tutorial to show how I made these so be sure to sign up to receive notifications of my blog posts by email, or subscribe to my YouTube channel so that you don't miss it!
My flowers are mounted in an 8" x 8" RIBBA frame from IKEA - these frames are cheap as chips and perfect for a project like this.

Are you one of the many crafters out there who has fallen in love with the new Daisy Punch and co-ordinating stamp set? Today I'm just popping on here very quickly today to bring you some news about the punch.
Sales of the fabulous Daisy
Punch have exceeded all expectations (I am not at all surprised!) and Stampin'
Up! are now having difficulties keeping up with demand. As a result they have
taken the unusual decision to stop taking new orders of this punch at 3pm
tomorrow, 13th June, to allow stock levels to be replenished. Ordering will
only be possible again once stock levels in the warehouse are built up again -
expected to be in early July. So if you want your punch sooner rather than
later, please order it today or, at latest, tomorrow. Easiest way to do this is just click on the links at the bottom of this post!
